SABMiller to buy Russian brewer LLC Vladpivo
LONDON (Reuters) - Global brewer SABMiller (SAB.L) (SABJ.J) said on Tuesday it had agreed to buy Russian brewer LLC Vladpivo.
The value of the gross assets to be acquired is about $69 million (35 million pounds), said SABMiller in a statement. It did not disclose the purchase price.
