LONDON (Reuters) - Builder Morgan Sindall (MGNS.L) said it remains on track to meet its expectations for 2008 but warned that increasingly challenging market conditions over the last quarter in the commercial property and open market housing sectors would impact performance in 2009.

The company, whose businesses include infrastructure services, low-cost housing and refurbishing commercial property, said on Tuesday its order book had been maintained at 4.3 billion pounds, the same level as at the start of the year.
