LONDON, Dec 5 (Reuters) - Britain's competition watchdog said on Wednesday it had provisionally cleared Game Group's (GMG.L) recent acquisition of computer games retailing rival Gamestation.
The Competition Commission added the decision had been finely balanced, with the chairman casting a deciding vote after it was split 2:2. (Reporting by Marc Jones, editing by Will Waterman)
