Virgin Mobile CFO resigns, company affirms outlook
NEW YORK, Sept 17 (Reuters) - Virgin Mobile USA Inc VM.N affirmed its outlook on Wednesday and said its chief financial officer, John Feehan, has resigned to join a company that provides identify theft protection.
Virgin Mobile, a joint venture between Richard Branson's Virgin Group and Sprint Nextel Corp (S.N), said Feehan would remain with the wireless service provider through its third-quarter earnings report and leave in mid-November to become CFO of LifeLock.
The company said the outlook it provided on its second-quarter earnings call remains unchanged. At the time, Virgin Mobile said per-share profit for third quarter would range from breakeven to 3 cents, and forecast service revenue in a range of $285 million to $295 million.
