Illinois Tool Works buys VS Acquisition Holding

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Diversified manufacturer Illinois Tool Works Inc (ITW.N) said on Friday it bought VS Acquisition Holding Inc, a provider of equipment and services related to the soldering of printed circuit boards and semiconductor device packaging.

No terms were disclosed. VS Acquisition is the parent of Vitronics Soltec Corp, based in Stratham, New Hampshire.
