SINGAPORE (Reuters) - Barclays Capital's chief financial officer in Asia, Peter McNulty, is leaving after more than six years in the job, banking sources told Reuters on Wednesday.

McNulty had joined Barclays Capital, the investment banking arm of Britain's third-biggest bank, in Hong Kong in 2002 from Credit Suisse First Boston.

Barclays Capital declined to comment. It was not immediately known where McNulty would go and who would replace him.

Barclays, which has suffered from the impact of the global credit crisis, is banking on growth in Asia where it plans to boost and revenue and staff.
