HALCYON ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC

The company appointed Jerry Bailey its executive vice president of finance and operations. Bailey, a 34 year veteran of the finance industry, joins Halcyon from Bear Stearns Merchant Bank.

F.N.B CORPORATION (FNB.N: Quote, Profile, Research)

The company named Charles O. Moore the president and chief executive officer of its subsidiary Regency Finance Company. Moore, a 23 year veteran of the consumer lending industry, was most recently president and CEO of Dealers Financial Services.

LAKELAND BANK (LBAI.O: Quote, Profile, Research)

The bank announced that President and CEO Roger Bosma has retired. Bosma, who served as CEO since 1999, was replaced by Tom J. Shara.
