April 8 (Reuters) - National Fuel Gas Co (NFG.N: Quote, Profile, Research), a
diversified natural gas exploration and distribution company,
on Tuesday sold $300 million of 10-year notes in the 144a
private placement market, said market sources.

Banc of America Securities, BNY Capital Markets and JP
Morgan were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
