SAO PAULO, March 13 (Reuters) - Brazilian plane maker Embraer (EMBR3.SA: Quote, Profile, Research)(ERJ.N: Quote, Profile, Research) reported a fourth-quarter net profit of 212.7 million reais ($125.7 million), down from 215.6 million reais a year earlier.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, a measure of cash flow known as EBITDA, rose to 263.9 million reais from 232.7 million reais in the fourth quarter of 2006.

Embraer, a leading manufacturer of regional jets that also makes executive jets and military aircraft, delivered 61 planes in the fourth quarter, up from 37 in the year-earlier period.
