April 18 (Reuters) - Pipeline operator Plains All American
Pipeline LP (PAA.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Friday sold $350 million of 10-year
notes in the 144a private placement market, market sources
said.

Banc of America Securities, BNP Paribas Securities and JP
Morgan were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
