NEW YORK, Feb 22 (Reuters) - New York real estate titan Harry Macklowe has closed on a new $330 million construction loan for an office building, the Wall Street Journal reported on its Web site on Friday,

Macklowe closed on the loan on Thursday for a building he is developing in midtown Manhattan, the Journal reported.
