Gov to review if NYC building projects affordable
ALBANY, April 30 (Reuters) - New York City's long list of billion-dollar building projects, from Moynihan Station to the World Trade Center rebuilding, now must be reviewed to see they are still affordable because the economy has weakened, the governor said on Wednesday.
"What I want to determine is whether we can accommodate all these projects in the fiscal hardships we're in right now," Gov. David Paterson told Albany reporters.
