New Issue-Enbridge Energy Ptnrs sells $800 mln 2-pt notes
March 31 (Reuters) - Enbridge Energy Partners LP (EEP.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Monday sold $800 million notes in two parts in the 144a private placement market, said market sources.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $600 million.
Banc of America Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities and HSBC Securities were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
