Russia's Sistema-Hals plans bonds for 5 bln rbls
MOSCOW, July 25 (Reuters) - Russian property developer Sistema-Hals (HALSq.L: Quote, Profile, Research) plans to issue two bonds worth a combined 5 billion roubles ($213.9 million), the company said on Friday.
Sistema-Hals, part of holding company Sistema (SSAq.L: Quote, Profile, Research), said in disclosure documents its board of directors had approved two five-year issues worth 3 billion and 2 billion roubles.
The firm has yet to announce the date of the issue which is being organised by Raiffeisenbank and Renaissance Capital.
The company, which plans to invest $1.2 billion this year, focuses on Class A offices, retail and multi-use centres, villa communities and business-class residential buildings mainly in Moscow where it aims to be a leading commercial developer.
It has also announced plans to expand in Ukraine and identified India, where its parent company is creating a pan-Indian telecom operator, as a market it wants to enter. (Reporting by Maria Kiselyova; Editing by Quentin Bryar)
