Repsol says shareholder Sacyr happy with stake

MADRID, May 13 (Reuters) - Sacyr Vallehermoso (SVO.MC: Quote, Profile, Research), the construction company which owns 20 percent in Repsol (REP.MC: Quote, Profile, Research), is happy with its stake in the oil firm, Repsol Chairman Antonio Brufau said on Tuesday.

"I don't think that they will increase their stake at the moment, although this you would have to ask him (Sacyr Chairman Luis del Rivero)," Brufau told journalists after publishing first quarter results [ID:nL13457813]. (Reporting by Joe Ortiz, Writing by Ben Harding; editing by Sarah Morris)
