NuStar: PDVSA freeze shouldn't stop asphalt plant buy

HOUSTON, Feb 7 (Reuters) - NuStar Energy LP (NS.N: Quote, Profile, Research) does not expect a worldwide freeze of PDVSA's assets to stop its pending purchase of two U.S. asphalt refineries from PDVSA's U.S. subsidiary Citgo Petroleum Corp, a company spokeswoman said on Thursday.
