Conoco Calif. refinery flares on restart - state
HOUSTON, March 9 (Reuters) - ConocoPhillips' 76,000 barrel per day (bpd) San Francisco Bay-area refinery in Rodeo, California, reported flaring on Sunday due to a hydrogen unit restart, according to a notice filed with state pollution regulators.
The flaring began at 4 a.m. PDT (1200 GMT) and was over within a half-hour, according to the notice filed with the California Office of Emergency Services.
