Exxon says Torrance alky unit to shut Sunday for work
HOUSTON, April 11 (Reuters) - Exxon Mobil Corp (XOM.N: Quote, Profile, Research) plans to shut the alkylation unit at its 150,000 barrel per day (bpd) Los Angeles-area refinery in Torrance, California, on Sunday for planned work, a company spokeswoman said.
In a notice to Los Angeles-area air pollution regulator South Coast Air Quality Management District, Exxon said flaring related to the work could run between April 13 and April 25. (Reporting by Erwin Seba; Editing by David Gregorio)
