ANZ unit sells 17.5 bln yen one-year notes

 SYDNEY, Feb 13 (Reuters) - ANZ National International Ltd,
a unit of Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd (ANZ.AX: Quote, Profile, Research),
has sold 17.5 billion ($163 million) yen in one-year notes, ANZ
said.
 The deal details are as follows:
  Issuer:           ANZ National International Ltd (London
                    branch)
  Facility:         Floating rate euronotes
  Amount issued:    17.5 billion yen
  Initial maturity: Feb. 19, 2009
  Set date:         Feb. 19
  Coupon:           Yen Libor flat
  Issue price:      99.79
  Lead(s):          DZ Bank
  Issuer rating:    AA (S&P), Aa2 (Moody's)
 ($1=107.3 yen)
