National Australia Bank to sell US$ notes-source

SYDNEY, Feb 4 (Reuters) - National Australia Bank (NAB.AX: Quote, Profile, Research) (NAB), Australia's top lender by assets, has mandated Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley to sell US$-denominated notes, a market source said.
Pricing is expected on Monday during New York business hours.
Details including size and maturities were not available.
NAB is rated AA by S&P and Aa1 by Moody's. (Reporting by Cecile Lefort)
