Australia's Incitec Pivot to acquire Dyno Nobel
SYDNEY, March 11 (Reuters) - Australian fertiliser maker Incitec Pivot Ltd (IPL.AX: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Tuesday it would pay A$3.3 billion ($3.1 billion) for Dyno Nobel Ltd DXL.AX, the world's No. 2 maker of commercial explosives.
Incitec said the offer would be 75 percent scrip and 25 percent cash.
It had a A$2.4 billion bank facility agreed for the deal and the acquisition would be earnings accretive in the first full year, it said.
