SYDNEY, April 4 (Reuters) - Australia's Beadell Resources Ltd BDR..AX said on Friday it had agreed to buy a 70 percent stake in the Cracow Gold Mine in Queensland state from Newcrest Mining Ltd (NCM.AX: Quote, Profile, Research) for A$200 ($183 million).
