Australia's Boral sees earnings dip on US downturn
SYDNEY, May 8 (Reuters) - Australian building materials firm Boral Ltd (BLD.AX: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Thursday it sees full-year 2008 earnings at the lower end of market forecasts due to a deterioration in market conditions in the United States.
Boral said profit after tax would be at the bottom end of market forecasts of between A$234 million ($221 million) and A$256 million. (Reporting by Jonathan Standing)
