PARIS, March 17 (Reuters) - Crisis talks about a disputed merger of French rugby clubs Racing 92 and Stade Francais will resume next Monday, the French National Rugby League (LNR) said following several hours of talks on Friday.
The LNR did not clarify in a statement issued after more than three hours of talks in Paris whether weekend matches would be disrupted due to a strike called by players of the Stade Francais club.
Stade Francais, who started an open-ended strike on Tuesday after the announcement of a planned merger with Racing 92, are scheduled to play at Castres in the Top 14 on Saturday. (Reporting By Brian Love; editing by John Irish)
