MADRID, March 6 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Thursday:

Dubai's acquisition talks with Colonial will continue into Thursday after failing to reach agreement the day before, a person familiar with matter said in Dubai.

"It looked like it would happen last night but it didn't happen," said the person on Thursday, who did not want to be identified. "It's going into another day."

IBERDROLA (IBE.MC: Quote, Profile, Research)

Industry Minister Joan Clos told La Razon in an interview that he hoped any move by EDF (EDF.PA: Quote, Profile, Research) to get into the Spanish power market would not be hostile.
