Hamilton fears Raikkonen runaway win in Spain

BARCELONA (Reuters) - Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen could run away with Sunday's Spanish Grand Prix but McLaren can still hope for a podium finish, Lewis Hamilton said after qualifying fifth.
"We don't know what strategy the guys are on in front," the 23-year-old told reporters at the Circuit de Catalunya.
"With Kimi, if he gets down to the first corner first then he's most likely to pull away into the lead and that's him done for the race.
"It's a very tough circuit to follow cars here so the further you are behind, the more you destroy your tyres. You just have to try and keep up with the guy in front and hope that you are going longer than him," added Hamilton.
"But for us, I feel confident that we have got a good strategy and that our long run pace will be good. I do feel that we definitely have a shot at the podium and we've just got to make sure we do a solid job."
Hamilton had hoped for far better than fifth on the grid after a dismal last race in Bahrain, where he finished in 13th place after a mistake at the start.
The youngster finished second in Barcelona last year in a sensational rookie season.
