JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - Everton midfielder Steven Pienaar has withdrawn from South Africa's squad for Wednesday's friendly against Paraguay because of a bout of 'flu, the South African FA said on Sunday.
Pienaar missed Everton's 1-1 draw with West Ham United in the English Premier League on Saturday.
He is replaced in the squad for the match in Pretoria by Lerato Chabangu.
