Miami, Fla., April 5 (Reuters) - Serena Williams retained her Sony Ericsson Open title with a 6-1 5-7 6-3 win over fourth seed Jelena Jankovic in windy conditions on Saturday.
The eight-seeded American, who joins Germany's Steffi Graf in winning the Miami title five times, triumphed on her eighth match point with an overhead smash.
