Lebanon opposition rejects proposal to end crisis
BEIRUT (Reuters) - The Hezbollah-led Lebanese opposition rejected a proposal by governing coalition leader Saad al-Hariri on Thursday to end conflict between fighters loyal to the rival sides, Hezbollah's al-Manar TV said.
Al-Manar quoted an opposition source as rejecting any ideas for ending the conflict other than those proposed by Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah earlier on Thursday. Nasrallah has demanded measures taken by the government this week be rescinded.
