Egypt says gun attack on Christians killed 26

CAIRO (Reuters) - An attack on Coptic Christians in southern Egypt in which 26 people were killed on Friday was carried out by unidentified gunmen in three four-wheel-drive vehicles who opened fire on the victims' bus, an interior ministry spokesman said.

Security chiefs had arrived at the scene of the attack and had set up a security perimeter, the spokesman said.
