PARIS (Reuters) - France's new government will be announced on Wednesday, a day later than initially planned, the president's office said, adding that the delay was to ensure all future ministers had been thoroughly vetted and there were no conflicts of interest.

President Emmanuel Macron's office said in a statement that the official announcement would take place on Wednesday at 1500 (1300 GMT).
