Russia's Putin says first steps taken to better ties with U.S.

HAMBURG (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Saturday after his first meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump that certain pre-cursors had been created for an improvement in relations between Moscow and Washington.
