Ireland says has 500 million euros for 2018 budget measures

DUBLIN (Reuters) - Ireland has 500 million euros to fund tax cuts and expenditure increases in its 2018 budget, which is due to be announced in October, Irish Finance Minister Paschal Donohoe said on Wednesday.
