China not panicking about Cyprus issue: senior U.S. official

BEIJING (Reuters) - The Chinese government is not panicking about Cyprus’s banking crisis, a visiting senior U.S. official said on Wednesday.

The Cypriot parliament on Tuesday rejected a levy on bank deposits as a condition of a 10 billion euro bail-out.
