Russia's central bank says Russian inflation slowing faster than forecast, eyes rate cut

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia's central bank said in a document on Thursday Russian inflation was slowing faster than forecast and that there remained room for a potential key rate cut in the first half of the year.
