U.S. 10-year note sold at highest yield since March

NEW YORK, Oct 12 (Reuters) - The U.S. Treasury Department on Wednesday sold $20 billion of 10-year government notes at a yield of 1.793 percent, the highest at a 10-year auction since March, Treasury data showed.

In September, the Treasury sold $20 billion worth of 10-year note supply at a yield of 1.699 percent. (Reporting by Richard Leong; Editing by James Dalgleish)
