CARACAS, March 24 (Reuters) - Workers shut Venezuela's largest steelmaker, Ternium Sidor (TX.N: Quote, Profile, Research), in a 24-hour strike that started on Monday afternoon to protest stalled contract talks, a union official told Reuters.
