MADRID, May 11 (Reuters) - Brief reports of matches played in the Primera Liga on Sunday:

ALMERIA 0 RECREATIVO HUELVA 2

A vital away win for Recreativo, who had defender Iago Bouzon controversially sent off just before halftime for a light push on an opponent, but they remain just a point above the drop zone.

Midfielder Jesus Vazquez put Recre in front when he scored at the second attempt midway through the first half and Florent Sinama-Pongolle added another before the break when he lobbed the keeper to put the finishing touch to a lightning break.

Deadlock at San Mames, but a result that was enough to keep Racing in the UEFA Cup places.

Bilbao midfielder Markel Susaeta had the best chance of the match when shaved the post with a powerful drive in the first half.
