Venezuela breaks commercial relations with Exxon

CARACAS (Reuters) - Venezuela's state oil company PDVSA has suspended oil exports to Exxon Mobil in retaliation for the freezing of billions of dollars of Venezuelan assets in a legal fight with the U.S. oil giant.
