CoActive Marketing Group, Inc. Acquires mktgpartners

CoActive Marketing Group, Inc. announced that it has acquired privately held mktgpartners. Both companies, based in New York, operate as full-service integrated marketing communications agencies and have core competencies ranging from brand strategy, digital marketing, consumer and trade activation, consumer promotions to experiential, sports, relationship and buzz marketing. The acquisition, which closed immediately diversifies CoActive's client base, lessens client concentration, and is expected to be accretive to CoActive Marketing's earnings in its current fiscal year.

CommQuest Ltd announced that it has completed the acquisition of Mobidata Holdings Ltd on July 1, 2008 from Mobi Limited.

Mitchell Communication Group Ltd. Completes Acquisition Of Mitchell & Partners Western Australia

Mitchell Communication Group Ltd. announced that, effective July 1, 2008, the acquisition from Workhouse Advertising Pty Ltd (Workhouse) the remaining 49% of the issued capital in Mitchell & Partners Western Australia that it does not currently own. Mitchell Communication Group Ltd. announced that it has completed the acquisition in accordance with that announcement and is now the owner of 100% of the issued capital in Mitchell & Partners Western Australia.
