Grabal Alok Impex Ltd announced that the Board of Directors have decided to fix the record date as March 14, 2012 in consultation with the Board of Directors of the Alok Industries Ltd and the stock exchanges to determine Shareholders of the Grabal Alok Impex Ltd who shall be entitled to receive the shares in the Alok Industries Ltd pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of the Grabal Alok Impex Ltd with the Alok Industries Ltd.
