Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad announced that it has incorporated a new subsidiary named TC Module Integrator Sdn Bhd under the Companies Act, 1965 on February 22, 2012. TC Module Integrator Sdn Bhd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TC Manufacturing Holdings Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad. TC Module Integrator Sdn Bhd has an authorised capital of MYR 100,000.00 made up of 100,000 shares of MYR 1.00 each and an issued and paid-up capital of MYR 2.00. TC Module Integrator Sdn Bhd will be principally involved in manufacturing and selling automotive parts and modules.
