BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2009, Cheung Kong(Holdings)Limited's revenues increased 18% to HK$12.14B. Net income increased 5% to HK$11.52B. Revenues reflect an increase in income from property sales and higher property rental income. Net income was partially offset by a significant increase in property & related costs, a rise in other operating expenses, lower share of net profit of associates and higher depreciation expenses.
