The Industrialized House Construction segment is engaged in the design, construction and contract work of steel frame, wood and concrete houses and apartments. The Real Estate Sales segment is engaged in the sale of land and houses, the design and construction of houses built on the sold land, purchase and sale of commercial buildings, as well as the urban renewal business. The Real Estate Leasing segment is engaged in the leasing and management of detached houses, apartment buildings, condominiums, commercial buildings and shops. The Others segment is involved in the design, construction and contract work of condominiums, commercial buildings and outdoor facilities, the remodeling of houses, as well as the landscaping business. The Company has 69 subsidiaries and seven associated companies.
