Catcher Technology Co.,Ltd. specializes in the manufacture, development and sale of shells and components for computers and consumer electronic products. The Company produces shells, components and cooling modules for notebook (NB) computers, mobile phones, moving picture experts group layer-3 audio (MP3) players, personal digital assistants (PDAs) and computer, consumer and communication (3C) information products. During the year ended December 31, 2008, metal shells and components accounted for approximately 95% of the Company's total revenue.

BRIEF: For the nine months ended 30 September 2009, Catcher Technology Co., Ltd.'s total revenues decreased 5% to NT$12.74B. The Company's net income for the period decreased 25% to NT$2.38B. Revenues reflect a decline in sales volume due to unfavorable market demand. Net income for the period also suffered from a lower gross profit margin, sharply dropped interest income, as well as the presence of loss on foreign exchange.
