PEW and PanaHome includes electrical supplies, home appliances, building materials and equipment, and housing business. Components and Devices include semiconductors, general electronic components, batteries and electric motors. The Company has 24.4% interest in JVC KENWOOD Holdings, Inc. In April 2009, Toshiba Corporation acquired all of Panasonic’s interest in Toshiba Matsushita Display Technology Co., Ltd.
