Abertis Infraestructuras SA is a Spanish company engaged in the management of infrastructures. The Company’s activities are structured in five segments: Motorways, managing concessionaires active in the highway operation principally in Europe and Latin America; Telecommunications, operating through Abertis Telecom SA, which owns a satellite broadcasting network in Spain; Airports, represented by Abertis Airports SA, an airport operator with presence in 16 airports in six European and Latin American countries; Car Parking, operating through Saba Aparcamientos SA in Italy, Chile, Portugal, Morocco and Andorra, and Logistic Parks, comprising the operations of Abertis Logistica SA, which manages warehousing facilities in Barcelona, Alava and Seville, as well as in Chile and Portugal. Additionally, the Company is a parent of Grupo Abertis, a group which comprises a number of entities operating in North, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Europe, North and South Africa.

BRIEF: For the nine months ended 30 September 2009, Abertis Infraestructuras S.A.'s total revenue increased 6% to EUR2.96B. Net income for the period increased 4% to EUR563M. Total revenue reflects favorable market conditions as well as an increase in demand for the Company's products and services.
