ADC Telecommunications, Inc. (ADC) is a provider of broadband communications network infrastructure products and related services. The Company’s products offer solutions enabling the delivery of high-speed Internet, data, video and voice communications over wireline, wireless, cable, enterprise and broadcast networks. These products include fiber-optic, copper and coaxial based frames, cabinets, cables, connectors and cards, wireless capacity and coverage solutions, network access devices and other physical infrastructure components. The Company has three segments: Connectivity, Network Solutions and Professional Services. On January 10, 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of Shenzhen Century Man Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. and certain affiliated entities (Century Man).
