Porthus NV is a Belgium-based information technology (IT) and global trade management solutions provider for business professionals. The Company’s activities are divided into two divisions: Professional Services and Solutions. The Professional Services division includes project management, consulting, development and training in order to help customers to deploy and implement the Company’s solutions. The Solutions division consists of two subdivisions, Software and Managed Services. It focuses on the development of software solutions, such as specific messaging, communication and integration software, as well as other related services. Porthus also provides media and technology services. As of June 30, 2009, Porthus NV had four subsidiaries: Tie Belgium NV, Porthus Slovakia sro, Porthus BV and Porthus SARL, as well as one associated company, Desk Solutions NV.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 30 June 2009, Porthus NV's total revenue decreased 2% to EUR23.3M. Net income for the period decreased 10% to EUR1.1M.
