The Company holds a 100% interest in the Permit to Prospect for Subsurface Minerals Permit KP308 (the Burr Project area). The Burr Project site is located 107 kilometer (140 kilometer by highway) east of the City of Saskatoon in the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada. The permitted area of Crown Mineral Rights covers approximately 80,000 acres (32,320 hectares) of land in portions of Townships 35 and 36, Ranges 21, 22 and 23 over sections 1 to 36.
